The Moreton Bay Colleges Privacy Management Policy, specifies that the Colleges must collect, store, provide access to, use and disclose personal information in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009. Whenever a Moreton Bay Colleges website or online system collects or uses personal information, it must do so in accordance with this policy and with state and federal privacy laws.
